Wish Upon – Pre-Played

This horror movie asks how far you’d go to make your wishes come true. Clare (Joey King) is an unpopular teenager having a tough time – her mother committed suicide and her father is a dumpster diver. Everything changes when her dad gives her a mystical Chinese music box that grants seven wishes. Clare uses her wishes to turn her life around, but the wishes come with a terrible price. Each time a wish comes true, someone close to Clare dies a terrible, violent death. Clare must decide if her desires are worth the deaths of the people she loves most or if she should get rid of the music box.
