This specially formulated vitamin and mineral supplement provides the nutrition of the Basic Nutrients series with the addition of two essential minerals iron and copper.  Though they may not be suitable for all individuals, they are essential components of daily nutrient requirements for the vast majority of people.  This product is a recommended replacement for the now discontinued Basic Nutrients II.  Suggested serving size is 3-6 capsules per day, or as recommended by a health practitioner.
