The Au Pear 1 sprig fresh thyme 1. 5 oz Square One Botanical Vodka. 5 oz St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur. 5 oz lemon juice. 5 oz simple syrup3 dashes Wigle Rosemary Lavender Bitters Pear slices1 sprig fresh thyme, for garnish Directions 1. In a cocktail shaker with ice, add thyme, vodka, pear liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup and rosemary-lavender bitters. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. 2. Strain into a cocktail glass with fresh ice and top with soda water. 3. Garnish with thinly sliced pear and thyme sprig.
