And they’ve had quite a lot of experience, boasting 30+ years distilling incredible brandies and liqueurs. To make the Green Chile Vodka, St. George combines all four varieties of peppers and a non-GMO base spirit in a 1, 500-liter still. Then they distill through a layer of cilantro and filter before bottling for that smooth, clean flavor (but you might see a green tint from that pepper infusion)!
