Jam Sessions No. 3: Concord Grape

We’ve been dying to find the perfect Concord grape jam, and we finally came up with one! Fun fact: Concord grapes are robust, aromatic purple grapes whose ancestors were wild native species found growing in the rugged New England soil. They have a rich, full-bodied flavor, making them the perfect choice for our new favorite jam. Plus, this next-level ditty is made with just Concord grapes, sugar and pectin. That’s it! So you really get a Mouth-full of that special grape flavor you covet each fall. The fruit is sourced from Red Jacket Orchards in the Finger Lakes Region of New York, and made in small-batches just for us. Because that’s how much we love it. Jam on it!
