Orange Pistachio Shortbread

Named Gold Cookie at the 2018 sofi Awards! These buttery shortbreads are scented with vanilla, cinnamon and orange and studded with bright green pistachios, making for a truly next-level cookie we wouldn’t be caught dead having a cup of tea without. But we’ve got to admit, one of our favorite things about these truly special cookies is that we got to work with a previous Mouth-maker to bring them back to life! Our good friend and baker extraordinaire, Jesse Floyd, was one of the first makers we carried, but when her career priorities shifted, her cookies left our shelves. We missed them so much and couldn’t stop thinking about them, so we reconnected and collaborated with her, and now we can officially say our cravings are curbed! tip of the tongue Perfect with a cup of strong, milky tea.
