The Explorer Poles are ultra durable three-section collapsible poles designed for a lifetime of backcountry use and abuse. The shaft sections are made with recycled aluminum 7075-T6 alloy with Powerlock 3.0 clamps between sections. Planting the Explorer''s Tungsten/Carbide tips is easy on any slope angle thanks to the unique baskets that float relative to the pole shaft. For all-day comfort on trail the Explorer features a dual density grip and ergonomic padded wrist strap. The usable length of the Explorer is 105-130cm. Collapsed length is 60cm.
