It hooks between two Exped products and make the whole system function together really well. The Schnozzel allows for any stuff sack that has a purge valve on it to be connected to any Exped mat turning it into a pump sack for mats that don’t have a built in pump. If you’re at high altitude save precious breath or if you’re inflating many mats it’s a downright necessity unless you’re keen on blacking out.
