This beautifully balanced rosé has an extraordinary nose of gentle floral notes and aromas of red berries. With the first sip of this medium-bodied pink, you’ll notice hints of juicy strawberries, peaches and a lovely bright acidity. The grapes were handpicked at Sawmill Creek Vineyards, a six-generation family-owned vineyard just south of Seneca Lake in the New York Finger Lakes region. The skins of the Pinot Noir grapes are briefly fermented to create a gorgeous, salmon-colored wine. Pop the cork on this beauty for a casual evening with friends. Enjoy along side a board loaded with cheeses, meats, crispy veggies, savory spreads and crispy bread. Get some while you can! Only 154 cases were made in 2015 of this refreshing rosé.
