Brooklyn Brittle Pecan Chocolate Chip Brittle

These intense, pecan-dotted chocolate-chip cookie bars took us by total surprise. The creative bakers at Brooklyn Brittle call them a “uniquely crunchy snack” and we agree! They have the comforting flavor of cookies, but with a buttery, crunchy, flaky texture – kind of like traditional brittle. This flavor is on the sweeter side thanks to a generous shower of confectioner’s sugar, but it’s happily balanced out by just the right amount of salt (and as many chocolate chips as the cookies can hold!).
