This Model E-3-D Enery Mizer Low Temperature 3-Door Convertible Dishmachine from CMA Dishmachines is capable of washing 40 racks of dishes per hour. CMA Dishmachines’s Model E-3-D is a low temperature dishwasher, using chemical sanitization methods to clean soiled dishes. A convertible design, the Model E-3-D can be placed in a corner or used as a straight-thru unit. This dishmachine has an outside sump and a deliming system to help remove hardwater scale.
