The H2O Pump is a device which is used to pump water from lower ground to higher ground, and then recycle the water back to the water tank. How can water be pumped to a higher level? This is because the pump creates a pressure difference, and thus water in the water tank will be pushed by atmosphere pressure to go upward. At the same time, the pump will push water upward to the rocket body. The water pump is powered by electric power and works by using mechanical force to physically pull and push water from lower ground to higher ground.

Water pumped out from deeper underground areas is usually cleaner. Therefore, the water pump is a common piece of equipment used in some developing countries to provide cleaner and safer water. They have to pump underground water to use because they lack clean drinking water from polluted rivers, and they don’t have a reliable water supply system such as a reservoir.
