We’re kind of obsessed with whimsical printed napkins, but are also way into using cloth over paper. We’re also super picky about typography. So when we spotted this set of four linen napkins each stylishly silkscreened with the word “drink,” there was no question – we had to have them. And not only are they gorgeous, they’re versatile, too! Casual enough to reach for when you’re eating takeout on the couch, yet elegant enough to set out at your fanciest cocktail party. Win-win. Jennifer Zamudio, founder of Dot & Army, was tired of buying expensive and wasteful paper towels and napkins. She majored in art and has some serious sewing skills (she’s been sewing since she was eight), so she got to work making something better! Now, she’s based in southern Georgia, making re-usable cloth napkins that better for the environment, and better for our home makeover goals. Makes a great engagement, anniversary or birthday gift for someone who enjoys making the mundane special. Because they know linen > paper, every time. TIP OF THE TONGUE Dot & Army recommends washing these linen/cotton blend napkins on delicate and tumble drying on low.
