The only geographic requirement for bourbon is that it has to be made in America. Garrison Brothers founder Dan learned how to distill in the Bluegrass State, where he worked as an intern at several well-known distilleries. But he didn’t want to just copy what everyone else was doing. He set out to make a true, Texas original.
