The Base Camp Pro 10L Microfilter utlizes gravity to do the filtering. Simply scoop up water from any lake, river or stream and elevate. Gravity pulls the water through the 0.2 micron Ultra Flow Filter element and provides treated water free from harmful organisms like bacteria and protozoan cysts at up to 2.0 liters/minute output. The Water Level Indicator Window shows the filter technology in action; and the gradient lines allow you to see how much water is left, and for measuring water at meal time. Built with an Extra-Large strap for easy carry and hanging, it features a quick release valve for simple hose attachment, which protects the hose from coming in contact with contaminated water. The award-winning Base Camp Pro foldable system is a step up from its little brother, the Gravity Camp, with 4 more liters of capacity. But you get the same ease of filtering water for a group: Hang, fill, start dinner and, before you know it, a flow rate of up to 2 liters per minute (thanks to the Ultra Flow Filterâ„¢) has filled the bag with reliably safe, clean water.
