This Zinfandel is a wonderful expression of David Teixeira’s minimalist winemaking approach. He believes that nature is always driving the evolution of a wine, so he likes to get involved as little as possible in the process (which means things like organic farming practices and natural yeast fermentation!). This Zin is a luscious, peppery, woodsy and fruit forward winter sipper made from a field blend of grapes sourced in El Dorado. We can’t get enough. TIP OF THE TONGUE This velvety red is crying out to be paired with a well-marbled rib eye.
