This Patterned Polyester Webbing is Strapworks.com’s very own sublimated creations. Sublimation is a process that virtually tattoos the ink into the webbing by turning a solid in into a permeating gas. This process is done in house, and it allows us to create custom patterns, logos, designs, etc. Please send your requests to custom@strapworks.com. Patterned Polyester facts: Thickness of 0.04 to 0.065 of an inch Breaking strength of 4971 pounds (maximum recommended working load 1660 pounds) Melting point of 500 degree fahrenheit Choice of 69 designed patterns Patterned Polyester webbing is also available in 3/8 inch, 1/2 inch, 5/8 inch, 3/4 inch, 1 inch, and 2 inch widths. Strapworks’ patterned polyester webbing also includes patterned polyester ribbon in 3/4 inch, and 1 inch widths, and tubular patterned polyester in 1 inch and 2 inch widths. The sublimation process may take an extra 3 days to a week to fulfill your order and the webbing color may vary from dye lot to dye lot. Our polyester sublimated webbing is all colorfast, so this stuff will not bleed! It works great in the outdoors, around water, and is plenty strong. NEW! Our Holiday Patterns are now available in our photo quality polyester. Polyester Webbing 1 1/2″ has a breaking strength of 4971 lbs., so it works great for medium to heavy duty applications. Please keep in mind that once the webbing is made into a strap with a piece of hardware, it’s working load is based on the weakest point of the strap.
