Here at Mouth we’re only honorary cheeseheads, but like the talented bakers at Potter’s Crackers, we know a stand-out cracker when we taste it. And it doesn’t surprise us that these delicious crackers are made in Wisconsin, a state jam-packed with dairy products in desperate need of a crisp, flavorful cracker on which to rest. We were already crazy about Potter’s caramelized onion crackers. These go to 11 (look it up if you don’t get the reference!). With rolled oats, a scattering of sunflower and sesame seeds, and just a hint of cane sugar, you get the satisfying taste of caramelized onion without the lingering onion breath later. They’re really a perfect snack, even on their own. Plus, they come in an adorable wooden crate, so they’re party-ready. tip of the tongue Pair with brie or a sharp cheddar like Everton, or even crush up sprinkle throughout a fresh salad for a bit of crunch.
