Rogue River Scenic Float

Upon arrival at the pick up location you will be greeted by one of our guides who will walkyou over to our vehicle. You are then shuttled to the river in either a van or bus, this takesabout 30 minutes from our downtown location. The vehicle you are shuttled in is thesame one you will take back to the location you were picked up from, you can either leaveyour belongings in this vehicle which will be locked the whole time, or you can put items inthe dry bags that we provide for every boat. We also provide drinking water on every boatin addition to all the equipment necessary for whitewater rafting.This section of the Rogue is approximately 6 miles and contains class I-II rapids, you willspend approximately 2.5 hours on the water. At the start of the trip the guides will do asafety talk and go over paddle commands, this ensures that you will have a successful dayon the river. About halfway through the trip you will get off the river and have a snack. Dependent upon the days water level a kayaking option may be available. This particular trips does not require guests to paddle, instead you can just sit back and enjoy the scenery. There are plenty of opportunities to get out of the boat and do some swimming, on a good day you will be able to see some of the greatwildlife that Southern Oregon has to offer. Once the rafting has concluded you will beshuttled back to the location you were picked up from.
