Rim the outside edge of a rocks glass with kosher salt. Pro tip: To perfectly salt the rim of the glass, put some salt on a plate. Run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass to wet it, then turn glass over and press into salt. 2. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until blended and well-chilled. 3. Strain into salted rocks glass, over ice. Garnish with lime wedge. Makes 1 cocktail
