The Protex Wall Mounted Drop Box With Key Lock SDL-400K is a wall mounted drop box that is designed for cash, rent checks and envelopes. You can use this for rent control to have your renters drop their rent checks monthly. Or it can be used at a car rental or car repair shop to drop keys after hours. There are many uses for this drop box. It can be installed on a wall or on a desktop.The SDL-400K is secured with a tubular-style key lock with a Double “D” configuration (which can be retrofitted with other cam locks). Other features include a piano style hinge, metal baffle to protect the slot, pre-drilled mounting holes on the back to secure the safe (mounting hardware is included for wood or concrete), reinforced door and more. The slot opening is 10″ wide and will accept legal sized paper or large envelopes.
